- 2 (4 1/4 ounce.) cans deviled ham
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. dry parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 3/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 c. finely minced nuts
Method
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except nuts.
- Refrigeratetill slightly hard.
- Form into a ball and roll into minced nuts.
- Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight.
- Serve with crackers or possibly cocktail rye bread.
- Makes about 3 1/3 c..
