Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen broccoli
  • 1 can small peas (LeSueur)
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 to 1 c. crushed crackers

Method

  • Cook broccoli as on package.
  • Drain.
  • Arrange 1 package on bottom of a greased 2-quart dish and cover with 1/2 can of peas. Mix soup, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, cheese, onion and eggs to make the sauce.
  • Pour half of the sauce over the broccoli and peas.
  • Then repeat the process again.
  • Sprinkle the crushed crackers over the top and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
  • Serves 8.
