- 2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen broccoli
- 1 can small peas (LeSueur)
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 to 1 c. crushed crackers
Method
- Cook broccoli as on package.
- Drain.
- Arrange 1 package on bottom of a greased 2-quart dish and cover with 1/2 can of peas. Mix soup, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, cheese, onion and eggs to make the sauce.
- Pour half of the sauce over the broccoli and peas.
- Then repeat the process again.
- Sprinkle the crushed crackers over the top and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
- Serves 8.
