Ingredients
- 24 crackers (any variety)
- 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. shredded reduced Cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
Method
- Finely roll 12 crackers.
- Mix cracker crumbs, turkey, onions, 2 tablespoons chili sauce, parsley and egg.
- On waxed paper, pat meat mixture into 12 x 6-inch rectangle.
