Ingredients
- 2 large stalks fresh broccoli or 2 pkg. frozen
- 6 eggs
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 8 oz. grated cheese
- 1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
Method
- Cook broccoli until tender.
- Drain.
- Mix eggs, flour, butter and cheeses together.
- Add broccoli (chopped).
- Pour into 8 x 12-inch greased glass baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Yield:
- 6 servings.
