Ingredients
- 2 1/3 c. flour
- 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) margarine
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 2/3 c. packed light brown sugar
- 2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
- 1 3/4 c. (10 oz.) Skor toffee bits, divided
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
- In large bowl, stir together the flour and brown sugar.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add egg; mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts.
- Reserve 1 1/2 cups mixture. Press remaining crumb mixture onto bottom of prepared pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
