Ingredients
- 2 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs (or Egg Beaters), beaten lightly
- 3 Tbsp. grated onion
- seasoned stuffing mix
Method
- Mix, by hand, all ingredients in large bowl.
- Pour into casserole dish (I spray with Pam).
- Top casserole with small amount of seasoned stuffing mix.
- Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 45 minutes.
