Ingredients
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 c. plain flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Place butter in small saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and sugar.
- Stir until melted and let cool to lukewarm.
- Dissolve yeast in warm water (1/2 cup) in a large mixing bowl. Stir in sour
- cream mixture and eggs. Combine flour and salt. Gradually add to yeast mixture, mixing well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
