Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
  • 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick light margarine, melted
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 3/4 c. skim milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 can mushrooms (optional)

Method

  • Put chicken in casserole dish.
  • Pour broth over chicken. Spread soup over chicken and broth.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Add mixed vegetables.
  • Mix melted butter, flour and milk together and pour over mixture evenly.
  • Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until crust is brown.
