- 6 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
- 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick light margarine, melted
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 3/4 c. skim milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 can mushrooms (optional)
Method
- Put chicken in casserole dish.
- Pour broth over chicken. Spread soup over chicken and broth.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add mixed vegetables.
- Mix melted butter, flour and milk together and pour over mixture evenly.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until crust is brown.
