Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayo
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 medium onion, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
- dry bread or cracker crumbs
Method
- Cook broccoli until tender.
- Drain and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine soup, mayo, eggs, onion, salt and pepper with broccoli.
- Pour into buttered casserole dish.
- Cover with cheese and
- bread crumbs.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
