Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. instant rice
- 3/4 c. onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. celery, chopped
- 2 heads broccoli, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
- salt and butter to taste
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. milk
Method
- Heat broccoli, celery and onion in saucepan for 10 minutes. Cook rice as directed on box.
- Put Cheez Whiz and mushroom soup together and stir until smooth.
- Add milk.
- Put broccoli, celery and onion in casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter.
- Pour rice and Cheez Whiz mixture over broccoli.
- Bake in preheated 425° oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
