Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 can celery or mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Brown hamburg with onion, stirring often to finely crumble. When cooked, drain grease and discard.
- Add to hamburg the remainder of the ingredients.
- Simmer for 10 minutes and serve. Makes 1 dozen sandwiches.
