Ingredients

  • 2 cans (21 Oz. Can) Pie Filling
  • 2 cups Buttermilk Baking Mix
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Nuts (Walnuts Or Pecans)
  • 3/4 cups Melted Butter

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread pie filling in an ungreased 9x13" pan. Sprinkle baking mix, sugar, and nuts over the pie filling. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake until brown, approximately 40 minutes.
  • I usually randomly poke the dry ingredients into the pie filling with a spoon before drizzling the butter (instead of leaving it all on top). It looks more like a crunch than a cobbler to me that way.
  • This can also be made with any type of pie filling if you don't like cherries. Very yummy with blueberry or peach pie fillings.
  • I recommend serving this warm with Cool Whip or ice cream on top.
