Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 3/4 c. uncooked rice
- 4 oz. can mushroom pieces with liquid
- 1 (1 1/2 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
- 2 whole boneless chicken breasts, split
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Mix mushroom soup with milk, set 1/2 aside.
- Mix remaining mixture with rice, mushrooms and 1/2 onion soup mix.
- Pour into oblong 11 x 7-inch pan.
- Put chicken breast over mix, then top with reserved soups/milk.
- Sprinkle with remaining onion soup and bake 1 hour, covered, or 15 minutes, uncovered at 350°.
- Serves 4.
