Ingredients
- 1 lb. scallops
- 32 crushed saltines
- 2 slices bread, minus crusts
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Coat crackers and bread with melted butter.
- In casserole, place layer of scallops and a layer of crumbs.
- Mix until all used up.
- (Save some crackers for the top.)
- Add milk and bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes (uncovered).
