Ingredients
- 6 to 8 eggs
- 6 slices bread, cubed with crust
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Beat eggs well.
- Add other ingredients; mix well.
- Put in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
- Serves 8.
