Ingredients
- 1 pkg. veal scaloppine slices
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg. Italian bread crumbs
Method
- After fish have been cleaned, remove skins.
- Soak the fish in a solution of beaten egg and milk, then flour, cracker crumbs or cornmeal may be used to coat the fish.
- Salt and pepper to taste and fry in a skillet or deep fryer for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with tartar sauce or ketchup.
