Ingredients
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Method
- In well greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, stir together sugar, cocoa, salt, and milk until partially blended.
- Put butter on top in center of dish.
- Put dish in microwave on high for 2 minutes or until milk feels warm on bottom.
- Stir vigorously until smooth.
- Not important for butter to be completely melted.
- Blend in vanilla and nuts.
- Pour into wax paper lined dish.
- Chill for 1 hour. Makes 20 squares.
