Ingredients
- 1 c. Long-grain white rice -- UNCOOKED
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 x Cloves garlic -- chopped
- 2 c. Broth -- chicken or possibly beef
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Fresh parmesan cheese -- Grated
Method
- Saute/fry the garlic and rice in the butter till golden brown.
- Pour into a casserole dish, add in broth and salt.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min (or possibly till the liquid is absorbed.)
- Add in cheese and stir till cheese mixed in and rice is fluffy.
