Ingredients
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Cream shortening and sugar.
- Add one egg at a time.
- Beat after each one.
- Add pineapple.
- Sift dry ingredients and add to first mixture.
- Add nuts.
- Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375° for 10 minutes until light brown.
