Ingredients
- 2 lb. powdered sugar
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
- 3 c. chopped nuts
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips
- 1/2 stick paraffin
Method
- Mix nuts, butter and coconut.
- Mix well. Add Eagle Brand milk, vanilla and powdered sugar.
- Mix well.
- Roll into small balls. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler.
- Dip balls into chocolate.
- Place on wax paper until set.
