Ingredients

  • 1 lb. rosamarina noodles
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges
  • 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. sugar

Method

  • Cook rosamarina 7 to 10 minutes.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Cook juices form oranges and pineapple with flour, eggs, salt and sugar.
  • Cook until slightly thick (will be runny).
  • Cool, then add to rosamarina.
  • Let set overnight.
  • Next day, add Cool Whip and drained fruit.
