Ingredients
- 1/2 head of fresh cabbage, cut into bite size chunks
- 1 1/2 c. Chicken stock
- 4 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 x Fresh habaneros, sliced into rings Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan and bring to a hard boil.
- Reduce the heat and let simmer till the cabbage is limp, but still crunches when you bite it.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy.
