Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut in small pieces
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 soup cans milk or water
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • rice or noodles

Method

  • In a large, deep skillet, melt butter.
  • Add garlic, onion, celery, green pepper and chicken.
  • Cook over medium heat until chicken is brown and vegetables have softened.
  • Add cream of celery and cream of mushroom soups.
  • Add 2 soup cans of milk or water; stir.
