- 1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut in small pieces
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 soup cans milk or water
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- rice or noodles
Method
- In a large, deep skillet, melt butter.
- Add garlic, onion, celery, green pepper and chicken.
- Cook over medium heat until chicken is brown and vegetables have softened.
- Add cream of celery and cream of mushroom soups.
- Add 2 soup cans of milk or water; stir.
