Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh Spinach
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Leek
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cup Broccoli
  • 1 Olive Oil
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper

Method

  • Wash the vegetables properly and chop them up (except for the spinach).
  • Break the eggs.
  • Use 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg and beat them.
  • Sautee the vegetables using 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • When the broccoli becomes soft, add in the mashed garlic.
  • Add the vegetables into a pan, and pour in the egg.
  • Garnish with salt and pepper and/or other spices for taste (even mixing in cheese is cool!
  • ).
  • Set the oven to 175 degreese celcius and cook for about 15-20 minutes until the top becomes brown.
  • Take it out and let it cool.
  • Then rip it apart!
