Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 to 7 slices bacon, fried
- parsley
- 1 c. celery
- 1 large onion
- 3 cooked eggs, chopped
Method
- Beat eggs.
- Add sugar, water and vinegar.
- Make a paste from flour and water.
- Add to ingredients.
- Cook until thick. Pour over cooked, diced potatoes, 7 or 8.
- Better made the day before.
