Ingredients
- 2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Method
- If blueberries are frozen, thaw first.
- Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
- Cook and stir 4 or 5 minutes until thickened.
- Makes 2 cups.
- Serve over pancakes, waffles, ice cream or pound cake.
