Ingredients
- 1 piece 1.5" Pork chop
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 bunch bay leaf
- 1 dash olive oil
- 1 dash pepper
Method
- brine pork chop overnight, add herbs or bay leaf to impart flavor
- pat pork chop dry
- pepper and olive oil the chop
- sear the chop on both sides, add grill marks if preferred
- bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes
- serve with sauteed greens and mushrooms, add garlic oil
