- 1 pastry shell, cooled
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 can blueberry pie mix
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- whipped cream topping (optional)
Method
- Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and vanilla until well blended.
- Whip whipping
- cream
- and
- fold
- into
- cream
- cheese mixture.
- Turn into
- pie shell.
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Mix blueberry pie
- mix with
- lemon
- juice and spread over the top. Add whipped cream, if desired.
