Ingredients

  • 1 pastry shell, cooled
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 can blueberry pie mix
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • whipped cream topping (optional)

Method

  • Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and vanilla until well blended.
  • Whip whipping
  • cream
  • and
  • fold
  • into
  • cream
  • cheese mixture.
  • Turn into
  • pie shell.
  • Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Mix blueberry pie
  • mix with
  • lemon
  • juice and spread over the top. Add whipped cream, if desired.
