Ingredients
- 1 lb. blue crab meat or meat from 4 crabs (omit the shells)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, juiced
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cube oleo, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix ingredients together and spoon into large scallop baking shells.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until edges are brown.
