Ingredients
- 2 lb. round steak
- 3 small onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 pt. sour cream
Method
- Saute chopped onions in shortening.
- Cut meat in strips, then cube.
- Remove onions.
- Roll meat in flour and fry until brown.
- Add onion, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add mushrooms, soup and sour cream.
- Simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender.
- Serve on rice or noodles.
