Ingredients
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 9 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 baked pie shell
- 1/4 c. ground peanuts
Method
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy, add sugar and peanut butter; beat.
- Add milk and blend well.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Pour into baked pie shell. Sprinkle peanuts on top.
- Refrigerate or you can freeze.
