Ingredients
- 2 lb. chili beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can tomato sauce (soup can size)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 soup can water
Method
- Brown meat.
- Add spices.
- Cook low 2 hours on top of stove. This is medium-hot.
- Season to taste.
