Ingredients
- 3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 c. crumbled Feta cheese
- 2/3 c. sliced pitted black olives
- 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
Method
- Combine the first five ingredients.
- Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Toss with chicken mixture. Cover and chill for several hours.
- Yields 7 servings.
