Ingredients
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 -3 large tomatoes or 2 -3 large roma tomatoes, chopped
- 2 -3 green onions, chopped
- 2 -3 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
- 2 -3 jalapeno peppers, chopped finely
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, minced (dried or fresh)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- garlic salt
- white pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
