Ingredients

  • 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine
  • 1 13 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 12 cup sugar

Method

  • Crust: Melt butter in saucepan over meduim heat.
  • Stir in crumbs and sugar.
  • Pack into ungreased 10-inch round springform pan or use a 9-inch square pan.
  • Bake in 325 degree oven for 10 minutes.
  • Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour on top of the crust.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then 350 degrees for another 25 minutes until the top is lightly golden.
  • Cool for one hour.
