Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. beef roast
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/2 to 1 hot green pepper (optional)
- 1/4 to 1/2 head cabbage
- 6 carrots
- 8 large potatoes
- 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
Method
- Cut roast in bite-size pieces.
- Cut all vegetables into small pieces.
- Saute onions.
- Put carrots, tomatoes, meat and onions in 1 quart of water and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
- Add mixed vegetables, potatoes, cabbage and green pepper and cook until potatoes are done.
