Ingredients
- 3 -4 lbs chicken pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cover and bake on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
- Before serving, you may want to pull the meat out and thicken the sauce with flour or corn starch (optional).
