Ingredients

  • 1/2 pt. oysters
  • 2/3 loaf bread
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, diced
  • 2/3 c. celery
  • 1 c. white onion, chopped
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp. sage
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • pinch of bay leaf
  • pinch of dill seed or fresh dill

Method

  • He always enjoyed cooking and often tried new things by mixing a "schoosh" of this and a pinch of that.
