Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- pepper
- salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 12 teaspoon savory
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 12 lbs red fingerling potatoes, sliced in half lengthwise
Method
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
- Finely chop garlic, and sprinkle with salt.
- Mash into a paste with back of spoon.
- Place in bowl with thyme, savory and oil.
- Toss potatoes with garlic mixture.
- Place on foil lined baking sheet and bake until browned, about 20 to 25 minutes.
