Ingredients

  • 2 slices Sourdough Bread
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Basil (Fresh Or Freeze Dried)
  • 2 pinches Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 whole Tomato (need Four Slices)
  • 2 slices Swiss Cheese

Method

  • 1. Toast the bread until slightly crisp.
  • 2. Rub the garlic clove all over the hot bread. (Only put as much as you can stand!)
  • 3. Mix eggs, basil, salt and pepper.
  • 4. Melt butter in a pan and scramble eggs.
  • 5. Preheat broiler.
  • 6. Assemble the toasts by placing the tomato slices (2 on each piece of bread), then the eggs, then place a slice of Swiss cheese on each.
  • 7. Broil the toasts until the cheese is melted.
  • 8. Enjoy!
