Ingredients
- 2 slices Sourdough Bread
- 1 clove Garlic
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1/2 Tablespoons Basil (Fresh Or Freeze Dried)
- 2 pinches Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 whole Tomato (need Four Slices)
- 2 slices Swiss Cheese
Method
- 1. Toast the bread until slightly crisp.
- 2. Rub the garlic clove all over the hot bread. (Only put as much as you can stand!)
- 3. Mix eggs, basil, salt and pepper.
- 4. Melt butter in a pan and scramble eggs.
- 5. Preheat broiler.
- 6. Assemble the toasts by placing the tomato slices (2 on each piece of bread), then the eggs, then place a slice of Swiss cheese on each.
- 7. Broil the toasts until the cheese is melted.
- 8. Enjoy!
