Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Coconut Cream
  • 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
  • 1/2 cups Desiccated Coconut
  • 7 whole Almonds
  • 1/2 cups Melted Chocolate

Method

  • Mix coconut oil with coconut cream and maple syrup. Add almond butter and mix again. Lastly, add desiccated coconut cream and mix everything together.
  • Leave the mixture in the fridge for a while until it's easier to work with.
  • Shape the bars by portioning out equal parts of the mixture.
  • When bars are ready, add an almond on top of each bar. You should be able to make 6 to 8 bars, depending on their size. Freeze the bars for 30-40 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate and cover each bar. Once the first coating has dried, drizzle more melted chocolate for decoration.
  • Refrigerate until chocolate has hardened.
