Ingredients
- 1-1/2 # lean ground meat
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 T minced garlic
- 1 t salt
- 1 t black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 t dried oregano
- 2 t parsley
Method
- 1. Preheat oven to 350
- 2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients with your hands.
- 3. Shape the mixture into meatballs and put on a baking sheet.
- 4. Bake 25-30 minutes. Use immediately or cool and freeze for later use.
