Ingredients
- 4 to 5 lb. neck bones
- 2 medium carrots, shredded and chopped fine
- 2 stems celery, chopped fine
- 4 Tbsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- water
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
- 2 Tbsp. hot sauce
Method
- Clean and wash
- neck
- bones.
- Place in pot.
- Cover with water and cook for
- hour in the covered pot.
- After 1 hour, add the onions,
- celery,
- carrots,
- salt,
- pepper
- and Accent. Cover and boil another hour or until the meat is tender.
