Ingredients
- 2 lb. fresh cleaned shrimp (medium to large)
- 2 sticks real butter
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. white wine or sherry (optional)
Method
- Saute butter, oil, parsley and garlic for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add wine, salt and pepper. Cook on medium to low heat for 5 more minutes.
- Serve over linguine.
- Serves 4.
