Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
Method
- Beat all ingredients together with fork in given order.
- Heat griddle and drop batter by tablespoonfuls.
- Turn pancakes over when bubbles appear.
- Then brown on both sides, remove and serve.
