Ingredients

  • 1 can (Large) Sauerkraut, Liquid removed
  • 1/2 box Light Brown Sugar
  • 6 x Pork chops, at least
  • 1 lrg Bottle Hickory smoked BBQ sauce

Method

  • Put kraut in large pan; cover with brown sugar.
  • Put chops on top of kraut; cover with plenty of BBQ sauce.
  • Cover with foil; bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
  • Uncover, turn chops; add in more BBQ sauce.
  • Re-cover, bake for another 45 min.
  • Uncover, add in a little more BBQ sauce.
  • Leave uncovered, and bake at400 degrees for 30 min.
