Ingredients
- 3 lbs. pork ribs, washed and cut
- 2 tbsp. Hoisin sauce
- 3 tbsp. molasses
- 3 tbsp. sweet and sour sauce
- 3 tbsp. vinegar
- 3 tbsp. Kraft barbecue sauce
- 1 clove chopped garlic
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour over ribs.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hrs.
- Remove ribs; put on cookie sheet.
- Place in oven and broil on both sides.
- Use the juice left in the pan to make gravy and pour over cooked noodles.
