Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons mustard, Dijon
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Method
- Saute onions in oil until lightly browned.
- Mix all together and shape into 5 patties.
- Cook in skillet on medium heat approximately 12 minutes.
