Ingredients
- 1 c. onions
- 1 c. celery
- 1 (32 oz.) bottle Del Monte ketchup
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Method
- Chop onions and celery.
- Cook, along with other ingredients, until thick.
- Stir often to prevent scorching.
- Use low to medium heat.
- You can use maple syrup if desired instead of brown sugar.
