Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. chow mein noodles (half of a 3 oz. can)
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. salted cashews
- 1/4 c. onion
- dash of pepper
Method
- Combine mushroom soup and water.
- Add chow mein noodles, celery, cashews, onion and pepper.
- Toss lightly.
- Place in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle 1 cup chow mein noodles over top.
- Bake at 375° in the oven for 15 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
